Before you write about an order
Have this handy — it gets your answer faster:
- The email you checked out with
- Your order confirmation (it lands in that inbox after checkout)
- The product and size from the order
- What went wrong — a photo of a print issue helps a lot
Every piece is printed when you order it, so most orders take a few days to make before they ship. US shipping is one flat $4.95, tracking by email once it's on the truck.
