FAQ

Asked on every jobsite. Answered here.

Ordering & shipping

How long will my order take?

Every piece is printed when you order it — that takes a few business days before it ships, then it's carrier transit from there. Most orders land within about a week to ten days of ordering. Tracking hits your email as soon as it's on the truck.

How much is shipping?

One flat $4.95, anywhere in the US, added at checkout. No per-item stacking, no surprises at the door. Right now we ship US only.

Where's my tracking?

Tracking is emailed to the address you checked out with once your order ships — check the spam folder before you panic, it lands there sometimes. If the tracking hasn't moved in a while or nothing's arrived after ten days, get ahold of us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us fast. Because everything is made to order, once your piece goes to print we can't pull it back — but if it hasn't printed yet, we'll do what we can.

Sizing & returns

How do sizes run?

Most of our tees and hoodies run true to size. Between sizes or like a looser fit for work? Go one up. Measure twice, order once.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Reach out — we'll walk you through the options. The full story's on the Shipping & Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

That's on us. Within 30 days of delivery, send us your order details and a photo of the problem, and we'll reprint it or refund it. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.

The shop

Who makes the gear?

We design everything in the shop. Each piece is then printed to order by our production partners and shipped straight to you — no warehouse shelves, no dead stock.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs through Stripe — your payment details never touch our servers.

Can I outfit my whole crew?

Yes — talk to us first about bulk and crew orders and we'll sort you out before you check out.

Who's Safety Dave?

The site's safety expert. Two walkie-talkies, zero calluses, and a clipboard that says SAFETY. He inspects the operation every Friday — the standards must be maintained. Meet him on the Our Story page.
